Can I try LocalLift Social before committing?
Yes. Every plan includes a free trial so you can connect your accounts, generate a weekly plan, and see how the workflow fits your business before paying.
What counts as an AI post draft?
Each caption or variation generated by the AI counts as one draft. Editing a draft yourself doesn’t count. If you need more drafts than your plan includes, you can add 50 extra drafts for $8.
Can I add more social accounts?
Absolutely. On Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, each additional connected account costs $10/month. Agency plans include 25 accounts, with additional accounts at $15/month each.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You’ll receive a notification when you’re approaching your limit. Extra AI drafts are $8 per 50, and extra inbox reply assists are $12 per 200. No surprises.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual prepay gives you 2 months free on any plan. That’s a meaningful saving, especially on Growth and above.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and any unused balance is prorated.
